  Son dönemin öne çıkan Kalecik Karası şarapları temalı, kör tadım da değerlendirilmiştir.
  Çilek-çilek reçeli, ahududu, is, baharat, hafif herbal ve pamuk şekeri notaları ile orta düzeyli aromatik burna sahip. Orta gövdeli ve yumuşak dokuda ,konsantrasyonu yeterli .Damakta swetnesi ve ortanın az üstü seviyeli asidiyle, kolay içim sunarken , hissedilen hafif acılık bitimin kısa orta uzunlukta kalmasına neden oluyor.

  Vinkara Doruk Kalecik Karası 2012
  Vinkara’s own vineyards are in Kalecik though the company also depends on fruit sourced from other regions on long term contracts with the growers. Their vineyards are planted mostly to Kalecik Karası, indigenous to the area.
  During a recent visit to the vineyards I was impressed by their ongoing work on the variety, including continious clone selection and different vineyard treatments involving leaf pruning and training systems and monitoring their influence on the wines. They have multi capacity fermentation tanks that enables this practice.
  Doruk is the unoaked version. Dry rose petal colour with dark pink shades. A mix of raspberry and wild strawberry aromas and the earthy tang, all signature of the Kalecik Karası from this heartland, discreet rather than pronounced. Medium weight with feathery tannins and easy going, fresh fruit. Bitter on the aftertaste.
