In the absolute pocket. Broad, with still a youthful acidity and crunchy mineral tang. Cut apple, lime zest, saline, with a noticeable hazelnut quality on the nose. Sits somewhere between 1er Cru Chablis and Mersault. Such a treat. We had the 2014 back to back with this ... that wine still needs a bit of time, but the 2012 is hitting it's peak now and should remain there for at least a few years.

Very peachy on the nose with some cream and aniseed. It is full and rich, crammed with orchard fruit goodness. There are flecks of mineral to the finish and it quite delicious right now.
