More integrated and fleshy than last time. I would not call this brut, however. It falls into the category of just a tad sweet sparkling wines that I label "wedding toasters." That said, it also pairs well with spicy Asian food, or anything involving apples (where you might serve Chardonnay).

Very bright, a bit sharp mineral driven sparkler. No signs of age; I think I'll let may remaining bottle hang for a while.
