  We bought from a very cool wine shop/merchant during our last visit to Burgundy in 2014. Golden-straw-blush on the eye. Exceedingly cool and that for which we had yearned. Yummy. Burnt, oxidised honey on th nose. Palate of caramelised honey, nuts, toffee and cotton candy. You have to be of the eye/nose/palate persuasion for that oxidised and burnt thang. We are. Very yummy...
