Wine 2 of the night, which is saying something considering the competition. Needed 4 hours to really show well, and once it hit that point it was a complete wine, nothing out of balance. Hasnt hit tertiary evolution, needs at least four years for that point.

Drank over three days. The first day it was almost undrinkable with green and chemical notes on the palate. The second day, tight, dark, brooding, extremely savory, huge tannins. Interesting with slow, small sips. Finally on the third day the smoky earth started coming through but the tannins were still biting hard. Tasters are all over the map on this one but Millennial Drinker and AG see great potential here so I'll cellar my other bottles and return to it in the future.

Simply delicious dry Cabernet. Tanin's becoming tamed with fruit integration. Very nice balance that builds to a beautiful finish. Enjoyed with Steak Diane and Fillets with Browned Butter. I wanted much more....glad I have more in the cellar.

Soft, rich black cherry fruit, very round, full-bodied, excellent structure, very short
