Not a remarkable wine, but drinkable and enjoyable -- surprising given the $6 price tag! A little dull and lifeless and lacking structure, but genuinely tasted of ripe Rhone Grenache.

The high rating is mainly for the value. Right out of the bottle it is too big for my tastes, after 15 minutes it balances out. Not for aging but excellent right now. More sweetness than most French reds. It held up well to a spicy sausage pasta meal.

Another great value from TJ's. Nothing particularly complicated and layered but about right for a young CDR. Lighter fruits on the nose and palate. Mostly strawberry and cherry. Good spicy/zesty notes from the Syrah. Light bodied. Some tannins and slightly dry on the finish but overall very easy. Would be great Thanksgiving wine.

Light, with good body. Better after breathing

Just not a fan of this one. Not offensive but not worth repeating, even at the $7-8 range.
