  Very authentic, tea-and-roses, old school mini Barolo. Light brick colour, slightly spritzy, very dry but also juicy and fresh. Lovely wild strawberry fruit and gentle spice, nicely balanced by mouth-drying tannins and food-friendly, mouth-watering acidity. No new oak influence (thank God!). Tastes at its best very slightly chilled. Great value at under £10.
