Wonderful nose of kaffir lime, ocean mist, and hints of petrol. The palate was like a laser with racy acidity and citrus and saline minerality. This begged for food and was a wonderful foil to the pizza we enjoyed with it. I kept coming back to the nose those, wonderful interplay between the perfume of lime to more savory and saline notes.

I'm a big fan of this wine - especially w/ home made Taiwanese food. White fruits, peach, petrol on the nose - some green apple sourness on the palate which makes it a quaffer - and juicy, mouth watering. A great food wine (w/ Chinese food) and not bad on its own - love it.

Fresh air aroma of lime, ocean breeze. Screeching acidity, almost bone dry. Precise, very austere, hard to drink by itself but great with food.
