Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Nose of wet stone, raw almond, some mushroom and floral notes and a little butter. Clear golden colour. Well balanced palate, good minerals, little dried red apple, lemon, honey and a touch of butter. Medium acidity and finish. Showing really nicely for a 2003. Pierre-Yves delivered on his first vintage despite a hot growing year.
