  Quel vin! A l'aveugle, j'aurais cru un Châteauneuf-du-pape. Effluves de cèdre, garrigue, canneberge, viande, acidité rafraichissante. A eu besoin de 3h en carafe pour en exprimer ses atouts. Tannins fermes et pointus, qui demandent quelques années en cellier (au moins 3-5). Belle longueur, a fait l'unanimité à la table, note à réviser après un séjour en cave...

  What a wine! If tasted blind, I would have thought Châteauneuf-du-pape. Flowing with cedar, garrigue, cranberries, meat notes, refreshing acidity. Required 3hrs in decanter in order to fully express itself. Sharp tannins, requiring 3-5 years of cellaring. Nice length, favorite at the table tonight. Score to revise after a little time-out in the cellar...
