My first impression is that this Grenache offering is not totally dry. There is a mild taste of brown sugar/molasses RS, and the mouth feel shows a mildly syrupy thickness. It still tastes pretty good. This wine is made for sipping alone and does not cost very much. Lots of fresh crushed dark berries on the nose. Some stemmy, seedy, rooty flavors with the the blackberry and blueberry fruit. Nicely balanced. Not much oak. Soft, smooth and somewhat simple.

Simple, easy-drinking wine to sip without thinking about it too much. Some raspberry-strawberry on the palette.

The nose is like someone farted on a loaf of bread. No notes on the palate...a few sniffs, wrinkled noses, and down the sink. Avoid, 60/100.
