  Much more earthy aromas with mild fruit.
  Took some time to open up - best on day 3 (aerated, placed back in bottle and then vacuum sealed between days.) I realize I am breaking many “rules” by keeping wine for 3-5 days but I drink 1-2 glasses per night and my wife doesn’t drink red wine. So I preserve the experience the best way I can.
  Flavor profile again has more minerality than I prefer.
  Nice blueberry notes, then white pepper, something else I can’t quite place.
  Not the best PV I have had, but enjoyable.
