  • Medium golden in the glass. I was expecting a blast of fresh aromas, but instead this had a Riesling-like nose to it - loads of petrol, ripe yellow peach, green apple and jasmine. Medium-bodied, surprisingly crisp for a 20-dollar-6-year-old Gewurz. Decent finish. Still has 3-4 years of life ahead of it. Excellent value.
