2015 Aspen Food & Wine Classic Trip; 6/17/2015-6/22/2015 (Aspen, Colorado): Despite its fresh, light-bodied frame, this pale yellow wine seems to put on weight in the middle. Aromas and flavors of melon, green apple, orange zest, chalk and coriander are intense and persistent. There is no detectable oak and the wine's alcohol is seamless. Long and crisp on the back end, it should show nicely for another five years (or more). Drink now-2020.
