  • Decanted for 2-3 hours before serving with Thai curry and chosen for that reason. Almost completely opaque black/purple colour. Nose is predominantly oak but with some initial quite perfumed roses and velvet cloth before it faded away. Palate is light, black and red cherries...quite heady and too much alcohol. Not a wine that demonstrates any terroir.
