Wife was shocked how well this paired with mojo pork. Full bodied Pinot with nice texture. Cherry cola dominates, but other notes are starting to emerge. Mushrooms, wet earth, a slight smokiness. On the palate the acidity is plentiful but "soft", keeping things vibrant without tartness.

Nicely made pinot, with darker fruits and some decent earthiness, definitely well balanced. More of a raspberry profile, though some cherry undertones. More sleeker than I was expecting and really full mid palate. Definitely ready to age for another few years.
