tasted this on the pnp at around 2pm (decanted for dinner)... thought it would open up with four hours of air and sense the elegant, friendly fruit hanging in the background of good structure (more acid than tannin)... then put back in bottle and when tasted (6pm to 9pm) with dinner it was fine but had actually closed down rather than opened up... wait 7 - 10 years for this if you have any, and even then you might want to decant the night before and re-bottle
