  Pinot Night: Ruby red, only slight notes of age. In the nose, this is very fine, floral, with some rose hip, red currant, fine balsamic notes, it seems a bit stemmy in the back of the nose. On the palate, it's fine, yet with fairly prominent acidity, there are rose hip notes again, the finish is delicate, but shows some tannins in the back end. This is very well made and has aged really well.
