Very nice for a 21 year old bargain Bordeaux. Graphite, blackberry fruit and cedar on the nose. Still nice dark color with just a hint of bricking on the rim. Flavors very consistent with the nose, nice balance of fruit and minerals with fully resolved tannins. Great everyday drinker.

nose of cedar, dark fruit with a hint of chocolate and vanilla. medium body, and the age of the bottle does well for the round tannis. it drank well after i opened it for 1+ hrs, it is pretty enjoyable bottle, despite the short of big and long finish.

Ruby color with slight lightening at the edges. Reticent nose of dark fruits, smoke. Palate was initially tight out of the bottle but began to open up after 1hr of decanting with cassis, smoke, wet stones. Tannins were not overpowering but were slightly bitter. On the light side. Saved 1/2 bottle for the next day to retry.
