I was very sad this was my last btl, but this showed wonderfully. Pop and pour, but beautiful nose with sea salt, a touch of petrol, some oxidative notes, melon, some green apple. On the palate, beautiful acidity, sea salt, some more peteol and melon, ginger...wow. Beautifully complex, and seems to be at the height of its powers.

This has aged so well. On the nose, beautiful aromatics with sea air, chalk, melon, candied ginger and yellow apple. Great acidity, and shows more chalk and sea salt on the palate, with some sour apple and ginger. Very refreshing, and a suggestion of RS without being sweet. Iove this producer.

Perhaps my best bottle so far. At first, this had the sea-water aromatics, but that quickly changed with air: more honeydew melon, and the slightest touch of nuttiness, with the briny notes slightly more in the background. On the palate, this is richer than I remember, with the zippy acidity leading the way. Complex, but also easy to drink... Sad I only have 2 bottles left.

Drank over 3 days. Notes pretty much identical to last time. One of the most aromatically complex white wines I've had recently. After 3 days open showed some interesting honeyed/petrol notes like you might get in Riesling. Just wonderful.

Very similar to previous notes. This time we just popped and poured. Very fragrant nose with lots of sea air, salt, chalk, citrus, honeyed notes...good acidity and good body, this impressed us again.
