This wine is a nice easy quaffer, and I imagine it is the kind of wine that leads young people to think white wine is preferable to reds - exquisite lemonade with some profundity: it makes you happy ! Don't expect a completely dry wine, it is "halbtrocken" - medium dry, but as blaahhi said, towards the drier side of halbtrocken. I can see no reason why anyone would want to drink prosecco if he can drink this instead. There is a trocken version of this too: Schloss Reinhartshausen, Riesling Trocken 2012, review by Tom Cannavan Schloss Reinhartshausen, Riesling Trocken 2012 on Cellar Tracker but Cannavan seems to think it too is tending towards halbtrocken, so maybe the two are not so far apart. One actually wonders if they don't sell the same wine under both appellations.
My offer - can't see it anymore - had a particularly high qpr, and I wish I had bought more of this. Got the bottle for a ridiculous less than 6 €, worth at least 9 €.

12/15/2014 - Soteriologist Likes this wine: 88 Points
Note dated day 2 of this 12/16/2014: holds up well on day 2, an important criterion for a single drinker. Fruit on the nose has weakened a bit.
Original note dated 12/15/2014: One of the few occasions where I can simply point to
the TN to the 2012 vintage by blaahhi dated 12/12/2014
which is simply perfect if applied to the 2013 as well.
