We thought this wine was really very good, keeping in mind that in general we aren't so fond of Pinot Noir. It had very little bouquet, but the flavor was very nice, rounded and mature tasting with a delicious cherry finish. Not much acid, but this was a plus for us. We served it with a cheese course and it was especially good with a truffled pecorino.
