  Reduced on opening. Smelling more like something from the Languedoc than the Loire. Rich, darkly fruited, spicy and fresh. Medium bodied, great balance, very easy to drink, firm but friendly tannin, medium acid well integrated, good concentration, clean mineral finish. Slightly natural tasting. This is good, so easy to drink. A sweetness and a funkiness emerge with time. Still good on day 2.
