  Definitely the best Ribeira Sacra I've had. Great fruit, nice tension. Pinot weight with slightly firmer tannins. Very good.

  Non solo il più buon vino spagnolo bevuto fino adesso, ma sicuramente tra i primi 10 vini che io abbia mai bevuto.
  
  Bevuto a Cordoba al ristorante appena premiato da una stella Michelin "Choco" (74 euro in carta).
  
  Un vino che gioca tutto sulla delicatezza, la morbidezza e l'eleganza. Niente muscoli o sapori forti.
  Interessante nei profumi, ma è in bocca che gioca tutte le sue carte in un tripudio di sapori di frutta, netti, ma nello stesso tempo delicati, mai ingombranti. Il finale è di una fragola dolce e allo stesso tempo sapida.
  Assolutamente pronto, da bere ora, dopo averlo lasciato respirare nel bicchiere 30 minuti. Non credo che abbia un potenziale d'invecchiamento.
  Meraviglioso.
