"2015" Sydney International Wine Show - stewarding notes; 10/11/2014-10/16/2014 (Blue Mountains, NSW): {screwcap, 13.5%} Youthful, bright but hard cherry nose. It’s light/medium-bodied, with medium acidity; what I come to think of as a standard bright Marlborough red fruit palate, quite low in acid and fairly short of finish, as though the winemakers are scared to make a real statement; on the other hand the price point of this is such that it’s clearly a bistro-wine; dry, short-finishing and inoffensive. Drink up, as intended.
