{screwcap, 13%} Smoke, seashells, asparagus, lemon; this is a veritable parade of aromas and flavours as the bottle depletes. There are fleeting dimensions to the palate that make me wonder about a smidgin of oak; but mostly it's pure sauvignon, with a passionfruit sweetness that the nose never betrayed; the acid isn't more than medium level however, so it's still something I'd look to in the shorter term. It's light-bodied, but has a medium-length finish without a sugary residue. Get into this.
