PnP and has been sitting in my wine glass for an hour. Very, very light weight...almost a rose of Pinot Noir. Cherry fruit on the attack, a hollow mid-palate, and a twist of orange on the finish (very interesting). Some good acidity, but tannins are soft. Could be a good summer quencher. Overall, not a bad PN, but not special. Doubtful that this will get much better with more cellar time.

EBLC Pinot Noir tasting: Interesting tasting all of these Pinot's next to each other. People often refer to Oregon as more "Burgundy" in style, but tasting them next to Burgundy leads me to think other wise. This is perfectly in between the more tart and austere Burgundy and Fruit forward and plush California Pinots. It shows noted of Cherry, cranberry and a slight floral aroma, almost lavender coming off it as well. Not my favorite Oregon Pinot, in fact I preferred the "Reserve" from 2011 Panther Creek to this. I still have a Shea 2011 from Panther Creek 11 I am hoping is better.
Not a bad wine, simple and straight forward, but I was hoping for more from such a great vineyard...

Similar to the other reviews. Sour cherries and some sweetness. Not very good.

Another disappointing bottle of this. Sour and anemic

Again, overly sour approaching vinegar-like qualities. Did not improve over several hours decant. Possibly flawed.
