  • Bazaar: Fantastic Manzanilla--aged 10 years I'm told; fuller than the previous "normale" sherries, with a strong briny finish. Wonderful Fino with lots of character.

  • The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon colour and presence of legs. The nose is clean and fully developed, showing pronounced intensity aromas of yellow apple, green olives, neutral yeast, aromatic herbs and acetaldehyde. The wine is dry in the mouth with a low acidity. It has a low alcohol (for a fortified wine) and a medium(-) body. It has pronounced intensity flavours of yellow apple, green olives, neutral yeast, aromatic herbs and almonds. The finish is long.

It is an outstanding quality wine. It has a lingering finish and a great flavour concentration. It shows a very decent complexity for this style of wine and the clear typicity of a Manzanilla Sherry. Drink in the same year of bottling, the wine is already fully developed and this style does not age well.
