Bottle is open for 2 hours, amber colour, right after opening it smells of varnish, now after two hours it’s only a little bit of varnish with caramel, medium body, sweet, but not overly so, in the mouth caramel and a little bit of varnish, in the aftertaste caramel, very long finish (longer than 30 sec), really good, has gained by airing, so I think I would decant the next bottle for 2 hours

From a 0,5 l bottle, the back label states that 4100 bottles were made of the '99 vintage. golden amber colour, smells a little bit of apricot and very much of something that reminds me of the smell of the plastic wrappers that covered my school books (I can't really pin it down any better), I wonder if this is very extreme petrol smell?, in the beginning not that sweet, gets sweeter the longer the bottle is open, the same applies to the body, which gets fuller the longer the wine is in the glas, has a medium body now, no acidity in the mouth, but apricot and the plastic cover taste, in the aftertaste caramel, quite a long finish, a good muscatel/malaga
