Discreet vanilla and toffee on the nose. Light to medium bodied, dry, elegant, delivering subtle vanilla, pineapple and melon. Very balanced and poised. Had a bottle with the fish dishes at OX restaurant in Helsinki.

Clean, youthful nose with a medium(+) intensity. Loads of green and yellow apple right off the bat. Baked lemon, fresh cut grass and matchstick. Discrete oak with just some hints of hazelnuts, butter and baking spice. With air and higher temperature it develops a more toasty and nutty character.
Medium bodied with a medium(+) acidity. Medium(+) intensity if flavors. Rather tight on the palate and it never really came around during the night. Green and yellow apple, unripe pear, lemon juice, oak, hazelnuts, toast and baking spice. It ends in a fresh, lingering, medium(+) finish.
Too young right now and needs time to put on some weight and unwind. Maybe not in a school book-style for Meursault but a great wine anyhow. The tasters called this high end Chablis.
