This is a great enjoyment. It starts with a tingle and a touch of citrus, goes quickly through apricots and then to tamarind. Why are these wines so unfashionable? I expect that it would be wonderful with lightly smoked fish; my grandfather used to drink spatleses with a grilled Dover sole, and how right that is. It lasts for several minutes in the mouth. Bravo!
