Nice enough, but nothing that makes it stand out from other Sauternes-wannabes. Equal quality at better prices can be found by looking at French appelations outside Sauternes (Loupiac, Cadillac, or Premieres Cotes de Bordeaux). Frankly, I find a late harvest Sauvignon Blanc from Chile to be a better option than a botrytis Semillon from Australia, at least if this is any indication of Australian quality.

Very golden and honey like but a little simple on the palate. Had this with Bananas foster and it was a decent match.

Incredible. Full of fruit, apricots, honey, a little sweet peach, syrupy and sweet. This is a dessert in itself. Yummy. Highly recommended due to QPR.
