Jean Milan visit (Oger, Champagne, France): Nose: The nose has a deep and richer base with baked apples, white fruits, red apples, brioche, some oak, and yeast. The nose is well layered and really draws you in.
Taste: Full bodied with medium/high acidity. The feel is rich, but not cloying with baked apples, red apples, brioche, oak, yeast, and baking spices.
Overall: This was a really unique and cool Champagne. It's extremely well layered and is a real joy to drink.
