  Nice find at Costco, showing New World intensity of flavor, a clean light straw color and light aromas of stone fruit. Flavors show best with a little warmth, and include white peach and some sweet citrusy notes, along with just the right touch of herb and mineral. Snappy acidity, and a nice medium finish.

  Moderate nose of passion fruit, underripe pineapple and perhaps some other exotic fruits. On the palate the wine is medium bodied, with good acidity; the tropical fruit flavors are more pronounced but not in an overripe way; they are actually a bit sour and the impression is of Sweet Tarts or a similar tangy-fruit candy. This is nicely underlaid by slate/mineral notes that continue on to the finish. Good as a thirst-quencher on a hot summer day, and/or with Thai or Vietnamese. Drink young.
