  Remarkable value for a Cab Franc. This wine was tasted blind with three other Cab Franc selections and showed pretty well. It was a little less complex than the other three, but I first thought it might need a little more time in bottle. Tasting it again the next day indicated that some decanting would have done it good in the first place. Lots of vanilla and spice on day two. In the original tasting, it was almost all mineral flavor - granite, slate, chalk.
