From bottle at the estate. This wine is made in 100% concrete egg with the last 3 weeks in neutral oak. Vibrant citrus right from the start with the focus being pink grapefruit and some lemon curd. Fishes out on the palate nicely while staying quite zippy. Lovely texture and length.

Heritage Grand Wine Tasting (Ritz-Carlton - Chicago, IL): Fresh, tart and clean. Nice touch of yellow and white flowers. Marmalade. Very light lemon curd. Lovely and fun to taste.
