  AiS Assisi: Intense ruby red, with purple rim. Medium consistent.
  Intense-, complex and fine at nose: sweet red fruits, vegetal, some spicy hints.
  Dry, alcoholic and rounded. Good acidity and medium minerality, with integrated tannins.
  Intense, persistent and fine, well balanced. Nice at taste, with notes of red sweet fruit and coffee. LM 86/2010; AiS: 86-90/2011
