Medium yellow colored with a nose of citrus, honeysuckle, and green melon. Tastes of peach, citrus, honey, minerals, and almonds. Medium bodied with crisp acidity and a short to moderate finish. Nice food friendly white wine.

From Campania, this Greco di Tufo is just another wonderful, and wonderfully distinct, Italian white, great with food but also great on its own as a refined sipper. Like Campania whites generally (whether made from Greco or, say, Falanghina), it's certainly not overly fruity, and therein comes the complexity and lies its appeal. There is sweet peach and apple, tart lemon, and bitter citrus pith, but there is admirable subtlety to the fruit, and it plays well with the complementary nutty (raw almond, walnut) and herbal elements. The acidity and overall structure suggest good aging potential, but it's certainly very good even at this young age.

A delicious peachy, citrus and herbal tones. Can stand up to savoury spiced meals.

Nice distinctive white. Subtle fruit, good freshness and acidity with some herbal elements that give it a sense of elegance. Clean finish.
