  • Came across a stray bottle of this in my cellar. I'm probably drinking it older than anyone intended it to be drunk but honestly, it's fine. Light gold in colour, a typical Gewurtz lychee 'n' ginger nose, and with adequate acidity remaining and good length. I remember it as being a bit livelier a couple of years ago, but really I am quite happy to sip this tonight with some mild curry. If I had any more I would drink it soon, but I don't so I will just look forward to younger vintages from this fine winery.
