Wild-yeast fermented and made from biodynamically grown fruit, the 2013 Champ Divin Chardonnay runs a pleasant gambit through aromas of Asian pear, yellow peach, banana cream pie, dried mint, and orange blossom. Slight oxidation on the palate, it’s medium-bodied but lithe at the same time with surging acidity that leads into an expressive, mineral-driven finish.

Much like the 2012, this wine has a certain youthful charm but need something more to make in anything special. Lemony minerals, acids, with a short clean finish.

This tastes pretty good, but is a bit dilute. Slight diacetyl hint (maybe some malo?); good level of acidity, and nice level of mineralty. Fruit leans towards green apple and citrus.
Overall, decent juice, albeit a bit watery

Mineral and seawater. Green Apple. Palate shows ml and leesy notes. Intense acid and mineral. Floral hints. Fairly long finish.

Jura tasting. Sweet lemonade powder nose with verbena herb. Finishes dry and refreshing, picks up a bit of diesel toward the end of the glass.
