PnP at refrigerator temperature. This is an exceptionally complex wine for the money. Per the bottle, this is a blend of Pinot blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel, and Pinot Gris (no percentages given), all of which do quite well on the Lake Michigan shore. One can identify just about anything they desire in the nose; it has floral, mineral, fruit (orchard and tropical), and herbal qualities. No surprise, given the sheer number of grapes that go into this wine. Our impression was that dominant aromas were of rich, rained-on forest floor and tropical fruits. On the palate, this wine had a wonderfully creamy, full mouthfeel backed by the same complexity that was found on the nose. The structure was a tad loose, with only medium(-) acidity to back up the dense body and mouthfeel.
This is a very enjoyable wine that provided a nice pairing to Wisconsin-made Parmesan cheese. The lack of acidity would make this a difficult pairing for heavier foods. "Very good-to-excellent," 89/100.
