  Bianco carta. Morbido e suadente al naso. L'effervescenza che sembrava inesistente all'occhio sprigiona nel palato un'armonica morbidezza. Fresco e pulito, minerale con una curiosa nota finale di liquerizia. La bollicina ha una lunga e ottima persistenza. Elegante.

  Kritt, moden flatnektarin, pære, sitron, kokos og møkk. Frisk, litt grov syre og kremet munnfølelse. Litt spinkel innledningsvis, men med god konsentrasjon utover. Virker knytt. Masse saltlakris og moden gul steinfrukt i en nokså lang ettersmak. Lett bitter, tett avslutning. Strammere og renere dag 2. 87p.
