  William Humbert Tasting (Reserva y Cata - Madrid): Salinity and varnish. It is not very luxuriant but recognizable as Oloroso because its nuts and the absence, at last, of sweet notes.
  Again on the mouth is short, easy with alcohol fully integrated. Controlled acidity. Difficult to think about its next evolution.

  Salinidad y barniz. No es muy exuberante aunque reconocible como Oloroso por sus frutos secos y la ausencia, por fin, de notas dulzonas.
  En boca es corto, facilón y de alcohol totalmente integrado. Acidez controlada. Difícil pensar en su evolución.
  Respeto a los quinceañeros.
