  • Another great bottle. Very slight bricking in the glass. Gorgeous red fruit is aromatically pleasing right out of the bottle. Slight dryness on the palate entry is balanced with fresh and mouthwatering acidity keeping this elegant and light on its feet. On the palate the red fruit has a persistent length that finishes with a light spicy and chalky conclusion.

  • Purchased on auction from K&L. Immediately very aromatic with sous bois, pine, and faint wood. Light bodied mouthfeel, well tamed tannins with red berries, cinnamon, smoke, minerality, and enough acidity to provide an elegant round touch. The 2003 Burgs that I have consumed remain fresh and elegant. Very happy with the auction purchase. 90-91
