  This was served on a hot day and not the most ideal of conditions for analysis. With that caveat in place, it was delicious. If this is declassified Abbey Ridge fruit...wow.
  
  Lots of acid, yellow/orange fruit zest, and stone fruit on the palate with oceanic aromas. Very satisfying. Love it.
