Medium ruby in the glass. Spicy tones at first sniff, but with a bit of air, this opens up beautifully to fruit notes of plum, blackcurrant, blueberry and hints of hibiscus tea. Medium-bodied with high acid and slightly unripe tannins. Juicy fruits. So balanced. Long finish. Everything you want in a Cab Franc, which is often not seen on the Aussie market.
