  Just wanted to add a note to indicate that these can certainly age incredibly well.
  
  Savory with a good amount of fruit left. Reminiscent of a slightly modern Provence rose. Both on the nose and on the palate: strawberries, minerality/saltiness/stoniness, very herbaceous and savory. I absolutely loved this even with all the age. I accidentally lost this in my cellar and I realized that I actually preferred it to when it was released.

  Opened and had two glasses, very nice. Forgot about it for four days and thought it would be done in, but it was still pretty good.
