Apple and yeasty nose comes through as such on the palate, along with some faint but essential muskiness. Good acidity. Strong value chard. Reckon it's the quality of the yeastiness plus the acidity (and minus the oak) that has people comparing this to white burgundy. I think it would be fun to throw this in a blind Chablis tasting.
