Its been about 9 months since I had a bottle of this and the continued development in that time has been amazing. We drank it with a range of seafood on the BBQ which paired really well and brought out a real range of flavours in the wine. I was impressed with the fruit flavours ranging from citrus to peach to even a touch of tropical. There is body in the mouth from the lees ageing and oak ageing. Why pay through the nose for Burgundy white when you can have this at a significant discount!

Nose is ginger, butter, toast, oak, vanilla, cooked lemon, peach. Palate, dry, medium body, Notes of toast, butter, peach, ripe lemon, melon, ginger, spice, ripe apple, bruised apple. Very oak influenced, manages restraint while still trying to be big in style? If such a thing is possible, maybe only in English wines.
