  Probably should've drank this a few years ago. Definitely showing oxidative qualities. Deep golden color. Aromas of apples veering towards Calvados or sherry, saline, sourdough, and wet stone. Medium body, acid, and finish, and rich on the palate with apples, butterscotch, vanilla, and minerals. A little overdone. And tired. Fine enough for our rich fish dish tonight though (halibut w/ bacon & onion braised cabbage, which was awesome).
